FY26 measured impact: $13.4m in recovery revenue plus $12m in incremental value added to a $1.5b Car Loans sale.
I led Loss Recovery to collect $13.4m in FY26, up 10.5% year on year. Revenue from written-off Car Loan debts rose 37%.
Total operational effort fell 27.5%, calculated using total work volumes and handle time.
With my team and stakeholders, I designed and implemented two pre-sale strategies. An early-arrears campaign added $5m in value. Reducing Novated arrears from 213 accounts to one added $7m.
I measured both results in a Power BI dashboard I built and managed the Operations stream for the sale.
I used post-sale data to identify an overcharge issue that had previously been dismissed.
I worked with stakeholders to validate the finding and rectify the charge.
